This is developed 1/2 acre lot at Sourdough wilderness ranch in Huntsville Utah. Very private lot with only one other lot next to it, there isn't any other RVs parked close to us, you can stay on this lot for days and not see another human. If you like peace and quiet this is the place to be. We're selling because we want to spend next few years traveling the world and won't have time to take care of this place. There is so much to do here... Fishing, swimming, kayaking, cruising around on your ATV or side by side, archery, shooting range, hunting, snowmobiling in the winter, you'll never run out of things to do here. Ranch has two natural springs to get water from and there is a RV dump stations and many outhouses on the ranch, you can have your own private outhouse as well. No electricity on the ranch, we use generators. Lot has a shed, fire pit and 250 gallon water storage tank, yearly membership fees are $400 and cover property taxes, road maintenance and other improvements on the ranch. This is a recreational lot and cabins or tiny houses are not allowed to be built on the ranch.
