I have an artist’s proof print of Tulips in Porcelain by Salt Lake City painter Helen Paul. She has signed it and it has the a/p mark instead of a number. It was kept by the artist and later given to a friend. It is in a blue frame with a double mat. The frame is 21 1/2 inches wide and 17 inches tall. It has picture wire on the back for hanging.
