They're pastured on grass and then finished on a grain ration using only feed we have raised ourselves. The average hanging weight it 400 to 450 lbs. per half. Cost is 5.25 lb hanging, .85 lb to cut and wrap and 67.50 per half kill fee. We schedule with the butcher but they'll contact you for your specifc cutting instruction once it's aged and ready to process. You won't find better All Natural Angus beef, it's our promise.
