This is a powered wheel chair mover, would be a great asset to any assisted living, or facility where wheel chair ramps etc are a struggle, Ive tested this and it works perfect, looks like new, this came from the hospital surplus so not sure if it was ever put into service or not, it comes with a battery charger as well, just needs new batteries and its ready to go. it is used to push pull or move wheel chairs around.
