PayPalDo you have a dog that needs some bird work? Maybe a new puppy you are training or a dog that needs to be tuned up before the hunts? We offer training pigeons for rent. They can also be used for early falconry training. How renting a pigeon works: It is a trust-based system, much like renting a car or tools. Step 1. You pay $10 upfront with Venmo for each of the pigeons, minimum of 4 ($40). We record their unique identification leg bands. Step 2. You pick up the pigeons at a specified time and place (bring your own crate or I provide a cardboard box for $2). Step 3. You take them for your activity within 100 miles of Grantsville and release them. I can suggest training areas; LEE KAY can work too. Each of the birds will fly back to their home. They have all been trained to return home. Step 4. Once the birds get back home, I check them off the list of band numbers, and I refund you $5 for each bird within 36 hours. If one does not return, you are not refunded for that bird. It is as simple as that. Give me a call if you have any questions or concerns. Note: The birds cannot fly home in thick fog, heavy rain, heavy snow, or temperatures above 85 degrees.
