Made of wood and wire, this birdcage is perfect for adding a touch of vintage charm to any space while providing a safe and cozy home for your feathered friends. This birdcage has been in my family for 45 years, but we only used it for decor / decoration. As a decorative piece you can see in the photos, 2 skeletons make it perfect for Halloween. you could use hearts for Valentine’s Day, holly and a red cardinal for Christmas, and fill it full of decorative Easter eggs on a bed of raffia for Easter. It’s very versatile, unique and perfect for collectors or for adding a touch of nostalgia to any decor, and will bring character to any space.
27 inches tall X 14 in wide X 8 inches deep. It has 2 spring loaded doors, whose openings are 3.5” X 3.25”. Has one wire perch at the top of the dome, and a 14” liftable flap on the bottom of long side to remove cardboard or paper at the bottom of the cage to catch droppings. It is very sturdy and well built. I need prior notice if you want to use Apple Pay. Delivery available to a convenient location when in your area for five dollars. ************************************************** Small birds suitable with this cage are: ZEBRA FINCHES: Known for their adaptability and lively nature, they are often recommended for beginners. SOCIETY FINCHES: They are content without much handling and are good aviary birds. STAR FINCHES: Hardy and peaceful, they are well-suited for beginners and can be kept with other small seed-eaters.
