PayPalI've got a couple of 100% Full blood purebred Akaushi Wagyu steers available. Full, halves and quarters available. Grass fed, grain finished. No antibiotics or hormones, ZERO!! They are 20-24 months old. This is absolutely some of the best PRIME meat you'll find!! These steers have been on corn silage, rolled corn, and #1 hay for about 8 months. They will weigh 1,400 - 1,500 pounds and will have hanging weights of around 800 - 1,000 pounds. The hanging weights of the last 3 I took in were 890, 940, and 960 pounds.
$8 per pound on the hanging weight, for full beef orders. $9 per pound on the hanging weight for half and quarter beef orders.
Some of them are ready about anytime you would like to pick them up or have them delivered to a butcher of your choice. If you don't have a preferred butcher, or need a kill date, I have connections with a few butchers that I frequently use and can usually get you butcher dates within 2 to 4 weeks. They can hang and dry age them for 14-24 days, according to your preference. They will also cut and wrap to your specifications. I do offer very reasonable delivery, sometimes free, to deliver them to the butcher, as well as the finished cut and wrapped products to your house, depending on what I've got going on.
