This RV has very many features that include: 1.outdoor kitchen with gas grill and fridge 2. great bathroom with glass encased shower, large storage space and my favorite a porcelain toilet 3. the interior and exterior are in great condition 4. it has 2 brand new batteries and 4 brand new tires 5. the appliances are black in color and in great condition 6. the rv has been cleaned inside and out after every use 7. it has a large comfortable bed 8. Looks like New inside and out.when not in use it is stored inside out of the weather. 9. the rv has Astrofoil Insulation which cuts down time when heating or running the ac unit
