Rental Requirements:

Picture of valid driver’s license

Picture of the license plate for the tow vehicle

$20 reservation deposit required to hold the trailer (credited toward the rental total)

Remaining rental balance and $50 refundable damage/cleaning deposit due at pickup

Deposit Policy: The $50 damage/cleaning deposit will be refunded as long as the trailer is returned:

On time

Clean

Undamaged

If the trailer is dropped off when nobody is home, the trailer will be inspected as soon as possible. Once we are able to walk around and inspect the trailer, the $50 deposit will be refunded via Venmo, Cash App, or the original payment method if the trailer is returned clean and undamaged.

If you need to extend the rental and the trailer is available, additional rental fees must be paid immediately and cannot be deducted from the damage/cleaning deposit.

Reservation Policy:

The $20 reservation deposit will not be refunded unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup

No exceptions — trailer will not be held without deposit

Payments accepted via Venmo or Cash App only

Once the reservation deposit is received, the exact pickup address will be provided.
