1100 square-foot evaporated air conditioner new in box but won’t power up

So i'm selling it cheap as the "mechanic special" if you are good with electronics there's a really good chance you're gonna find something simple with this unit as it is brand new in the box and returned as not powering up?

i have no time to look into it.

so selling it as is for 50 bucks have it listed at 150 and it retails at 250
