VenmoThis photography backpack has a split main compartment. The hiking gear goes in the top compartment, and an insert goes into the bottom compartment through a zippered side flap. It has a rain cover that can be deployed from a bottom zippered pocket. There are many pockets and straps, including a way to strap a tripod to the outside. The top compartment can hold a fair amount of stuff, and it has a drawstring closure. There is a flap that covers it and buckles into adjustable straps. The flap also contains a small zippered compartment. There is a padded hip belt. Finally, there is a compartment for a hydration bladder, a tablet, or a small computer. This compartment has a strap for hanging the hydration bladder and an opening that the hose can go through.
I stopped using it for two reasons: it is a little too small for my equipment, and to get to the main compartment you have to unzip a kind of weird zipper closure. Given the economical price (many photo backpacks run $300-$500), I might have overlooked the weird zipper closure, but I could not get around its being too small for my equipment. It would be better suited for a small mirrorless camera with lens and one or two other small lenses.
I have not actually used it much.
The regular price is $139.95. I am willing to let it go for $15.00.
