model 2210 1996 skyline novad bumper pull travel trailer has all the amenities and everything works as it should stove and oven only been used a couple times but you wouldn't even be able to tell since new faucets brand new I replaced all the pumps and primary and secondary water tanks are an excellent shape and work great it has an exterior shower shower nozzles you can clean off before you go in I've got the tires are in good shape but they our little dirty looking I have four tire covers two propane tanks one little bit smaller than the other and the propane tank cover I did replace one of the tail light lenses cuz it came off and I made it myself so if you're not happy with that you need to replace that AC works heat works bridge and freezer both work great the flooring is linoleum and it's in good good shape but I plan on replacing it with LVL luxury vinyl all the cabinets are beautifully done wood with etched glass mirror doors lots of storage lots and lots of storage it sleep six comfortably and the things are wrong with it there was a leak in the roof that's been fixed but it made the headliner I'm loosen up and that hasn't been fixed the screen door on the main door is ripped at the bottom and the awning has a little tear on each side from where it flapped in the wind that's the only thing wrong with it bathrooms very nice in the shower and tub and I've got lights for this exterior stairs all the windows work nice it's got blinds and valence covers and drapes throughout the whole thing it's got a stereo system which is a tape player and radio and it's hooked to a big antenna up on top it's a 1996 but you couldn't tell it's it looks brand new on the inside and very nice on the outside this trailer is what you need if you're trying to save a little bit of money some of these newer trailers are just ridiculously priced but this trailer is in great great shape so I'm asking $4,500 or best offer every offer that's serious will be considered I have the hoses for all the cleanouts and I got a brand new water hose for drinking water use only countertops brand new and this thing's in great great shape the kitchen's brand new with a brand new faucet the stove and oven have been used maybe a couple times maybe whoever had it before me took pride in and they took really good care of it now I'm the problems it had that I listed are very my nude it seems ready to go and you'll love it there is no slide outs but it has plenty of room so give me a call and let's talk about it thanks for looking at my ad I'm asking $1800 or best offer every serious offer will be considered so give me a call thank you
