50 foot 1978 Lake Powell houseboat moored out of Bullfrog. This boat is in good condition and has been well maintained. The 2 motors were replaced last year. All appliances and barbecue have been replaced in the last two years. Inside the houseboat, there are two full beds and two single beds along with a pullout couch & 1 bathroom. The upper deck sleeps 12+ with cushions provided. The houseboat has kayaks and a paddleboard included. This houseboat is fully equipped with solar power and it works great. The yearly owner cost is about $1000. Additional costs when using the houseboat include gas and hourly motor fee. Each owner gets two weeks. One on season week and one off-season week. Any additional unaccounted for weeks are given out on a first come first served basis. This is a an economical way to enjoy Lake Powell for two weeks. The owners are great to work with. Owners put in their bids for the coming summer usually in December.
