This is an owner managed boat with elected volunteer board members. We are an active, involved group of owners. We are looking for a like minded person to join our group. If you are not willing to be an active participant with maintenance and taking turns on our board of directors, this isn’t the boat for you.

The share for sale is number 4 of 12. Each share gets 1 week in every 12 week block starting the first week of February. January is set aside for maintenance. This gives each member 4 weeks of use per year (1 week in every quarter). Each year, the first week rotates one member down the list, giving you 4 new weeks every year. Trades are allowed when both members are in agreement.

Annual dues are currently $3500 (already paid for 2026). Engine fund: $15 per hour per drive motor for future engine fund. Generator fund: $5 per hour after the first 20 hours (free) for each week used.

Like any other boat, previous houseboat ownership/experience is required. Insurance requires it, and so do we.

Current owner of this share is asking $12,000 for the share, with 2026 dues already paid.

2027 dates: March 12-19 June 4-12 Aug 27-Sept 3 Nov 19-26
