They are long (25') shaft models. They both start right up, no issues at all. With the purchase, you also get the wiring harnesses for both outboards, both original Mercury ignition switches, Dual motor Throttle control, both Mercury Smart tachs, and owners manuals. I called Sundance Marine in Grand Junction and a new motor is just under $10,000 each without the accessories Asking $12,500 for everything. Located in Hanksville, UT
