Cannondale's sizing calls this a 48cm... which is the seat tube measurement. The horizontal top tube measurement is 51cm... So I would call it more of a 50cm overall.
Per Cannondale's sizing charts for this model and size, the ideal rider height range should be in the 5'-0" to 5'-4" range... but I'm taller than that and can ride this bike fine.... so I'd say 5'5" or even 5'6" is doable... with a little fitting.
Bike is pretty much factory original except for upgraded tires... which are 25mm Specialized All Condition Armadillos which were $60 a piece and are essentially new (less than 100 miles on them). I've used these on a few different bikes over the years and rarely ever get flats on them. And the 25mm + the carbon frame = a very smooth ride.
Price includes some basic / flat pedals... but if you want something a bit nicer I have a pretty good selection of clip-in pedals (Shimano SPD, SPD-SL, Look, SpeedPlay, Time, etc that we could work out a fair price on.
Bike frames are all unisex... so the "womens" version of any given model only differ in terms of the width of the handlebars and the type of saddle and the colors and graphics. This particular model is not particularly "girly"... so anyone in the correct size range should be able to ride it just fine.
Can include / install at least one (maybe 2 if I have them) water bottle cages if needed. I also have a few extra helmets if you don't have one (sizes vary)... but you can also usually find good helmets in all sizes pretty cheap at the D.I. (usually around $4).
