VenmoPulled off my '87 Comanche. It will fit both Cherokee XJ and Comanche MJ. It has the factory tow hooks and all the brackets for them I just don't have the bolts. The end caps are aftermarket. But I have a black bumper with original bumper caps I can include if you want it. There is a dent in the top of the bumper but not very noticeable when mounted.
