Wonderberry Jam is made from the deep purple berries of Solanum Melanocerasum — a fruit-bearing shrub once prized by early 20th-century gardeners.

While sometimes called garden huckleberries, they're more closely related to tomatoes, and they're often called wonderberries because when made into jam, they have a rich, subtly tart flavor very reminiscent of huckleberries, or blueberry and blackberry, with a hint of wild grape.

In addition to pancake and waffle-related uses, this jam pairs beautifully with breakfast pastries, cheeses, and roasted meats. Organic and naturally high in antioxidants, Wonderberry Jam brings a touch of gourmet nostalgia to every spoonful.
