I just sold my fifth wheel so i no longer need this hitch....It rolls back about a foot or so when you are backing up to eliminate the trailer from making contact with the cab on extreme jacknife manuvers. when pulling you lock it in the forward position, just like new only at about half the price...MUST HAVE FOR SHORTBEDS
