I believe this is a Saginaw desk, haven't seen any other manufactures that make this. It is a desk that can expand out into a table. It has some water damage, other wise in good condition. Has some wear and tear from age. condition I would say between good and fair. Don't know the value, hoping someone does. Price is negotiable.
