Very well taken care of and a great trailer. This is a great deal on an awesome fifth wheel! The 13 ft garage makes loading the side x side, four wheelers, motorcycles etc extremely easy. I can fit my 4 seater Polaris General and a full size dirt bike in it at the same time. It has an onboard fuel station as well as an onboard generator. Two queen beds and a convertible sofa that also folds in to another queen bed. Two slide outs that make for a super roomy and comfortable stay. Tons of storage, under the bed, above the garage and side compartments.
