This Cindy Lou Who's House is one of 3 Whoville buildings created by Department 56 based on those seen in the 2000 Live Action Movie. It is hand painted ceramic and includes Cindy's House, the Grinch, Cindy and Max figures and 2 wonky sisal trees. It has the original cord and light which work perfectly. This piece is in New condition..no chips, cracks, scratches, etc. It has only been out on display 3 times. The box and styrafoam are in really great condinion too. Dept. 56 retired this piece in 2003. It has been stored in a climate controlled closet in my non-smoking home.
