We have a beautiful wellness clinic that is fully furnished and decorated. Only problem is it’s just a little bit too much space for our one Provider. We are looking for a strategic healthcare partner who could benefit from sharing this beautiful space in an ideal location in the heart DAVIS COUNTY. We would even be willing include the help of our amazing Medical Assistant / Receptionist to help you operate your business in a more cost effecient manner. We have have a large treatment room that would be ideal for a Chiropracter, Mental Health Therapist, Medical Specialist, a Primary Care Provider, Physical Therapist, or maybe even a massage therapist if you have your own clientelle that would follow you.
We are looking for a win win scenario where we can feed off each other an increase business for both parties. Our receptionist Jamie could take phone calls, help with scheduling next appointments, and accepting billing on your behalf (USE OF OUR RECEPTIONIST IS OFFERED ONLY IF THIS IS A BENEFIT TO YOU, CERTAINLY NOT REQUIRED FOR US TO BE INVOLVED IN YOUR BUSINESS WHATSOEVER).
We have been part of the Empathetix Wellness Clinic group since I started the company in 2019. Recently I have sold off 4 of the locations and just held back the Clearfield location with plans to do a re-brand and convert to a more traditional insurance based family medical clinic. Previously have have just done cash pay for Hormones, GLP1's, Med Cards, and Ketamine Therapy for our depression, anxiety, and PTSD patients.
We are located right off the freeway (700 N Exit in Clearfield) on State Street with Highway 193 on our south side. There are 154,000 people living within a 5 mile radius of our location! We are on the ground level, plenty of parking, easy to find.
I will be removing the Empathetix signage and replacing with ClearFamily Medical in the next few months.
We are a wellness clinic also sometimes referred to as medical spa. We specialize in Medical weight loss, treatment of chronic pain with alternatives to opioids such as CBD and medical cannabis, we help our PTSD and depression patients with ketamine therapy for mental health wellness. We also help a lot of hormone patients (menopause for women, testosterone for men). If we were to pick the ideal practitioner to bring into our clinic, we think that a mental health therapist would do really well, possibly a massage therapist, maybe a Physical Therapist, Energy Worker like acupuncture, or a family practice physician that already has a following would be ideal. Any medical specialist that has clientele willing to travel to central SLC area would do very well here.
