House is 5 bed/3 bath, we're only looking to rent out one of three available rooms, meaning a total of three rooms filled in this 5 bed house, to keep it uncrowded. Two of the available rooms are downstairs/basement, but have windows, the other is upstairs. Upstairs gets more light and view, down stairs is cooler in the summer. Pictured, is one of the downstairs rooms that is available. The house is located in the Northeast end of North Logan right at the end of a residential zoned area so across the street are trees and horses. It is quiet and pleasant. The house is located about 1 mi to the north of Utah State and features off Street parking. Garage parking is an option. There are two separate living rooms which help people have their own space, the backyard is spacious with nice lawn, a fire pit, and fresh grapes growing on the fence.
First/last/and deposit as well as a back ground check (we pay for) are required, term is flexible. We're looking for someone who is a good fit with the poeple already in the house, so expect us to be discerning about who we choose to join the house.
