Private room for rent in a beautiful home in bountiful Utah.

The room fits a queen bed comfortably and has furniture in there you’re welcome to use , if you have your own I’m happy to move it to storage. The bathroom is shared however it’s a large bathroom with plenty of storage , double sink and shower tub combo

Shared spaces are large and furnished , the view is seriously the best and the yard is my favorite ( we’re getting new patio furniture) and there’s a grill !

The washer and dryer are brand new and we have a movie room downstairs too.

Let’s get into it , the room is $667 utilities + internet will roughly be $60-80 so monthly you’ll be around $730 . Your roommates In question: We’re both girls preferably looking for another girl but we work 35-50 hours a week . On off days we like grabbing coffee , cooking , a cheeky drink here and there , hosting dinners , going rafting, camping, going to concerts etc. We keep everything clean and expect the same from our new roomie !

We’re using a property management company so if you’re interested you’ll apply through them and I can send you the link. We’re also happy to show the place and meet if you are genuinely interested so we all feel like it’s a good fit. Movie in by September 1st preferably! Unfortunately no pets btw
