This is a private bedroom and private bathroom within a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The setup works well for individuals or for a couple. You will be sharing the apartment with one roommate who mostly keeps to himself. Any pets shown in the photos will be moving out before the new tenant moves in.
The location is one of the biggest advantages of this apartment! It is on the same block as the Delta Center, the TRAX train station, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and West High School. Bus stops are only a few doors down. Crown Burgers and a gas station are right next to the building, making it easy to grab food or essentials quickly.
Inside the apartment, you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. There are two couches in the living room that can remain if the incoming tenant wants them, or they can be removed before move-in. All other furniture will be taken out. The apartment has central heating and cooling and has been well maintained.
The building is pet friendly, with a limit of two pets and some breed restrictions. There is a $300 pet deposit for each pet and a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the apartment. Monthly pet rent is $40 for pets that weigh 50 pounds or less, and $60 for pets between 51 and 70 pounds. All pets must be spayed or neutered and must be up to date on vaccinations. There is a large, residents-only dog park that includes agility equipment such as a seesaw and a jump.
The apartment is located right next to the community sundeck, which has a barbecue area, a hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating, and a ping pong table. On lower levels of the building, residents have access to a clubhouse, fitness center, theater room, and a secured parking garage. Parking typically costs about $60 per month. Maintenance services in the building are fast and reliable, and repairs are usually handled quickly and effectively.
