I’m renting a furnished or unfurnished bedroom in the walkout lower level of my home in the Jeremy Ranch subdivision near Park City. The room can be furnished with a bed, dresser, chair, and desk, and it has a shared bathroom and family room on the same level. It’s a bright, comfortable space that works well for someone who wants a calm, friendly living environment.

I’m a dad with two daughters, ages 17 and 19, who live with me frequently. Because of that, I’m looking for a female renter who is respectful, responsible, and comfortable living in a family home. You’ll share the main-level kitchen, laundry, and living areas with us, and everyone in the house keeps things easygoing and considerate. This isn’t a party house, but it’s relaxed — having a beer or a glass of wine is no big deal, and weekends without the girls can be a little more flexible. Overall, I’m hoping to find someone with positive energy who appreciates a stable and respectful place to live.

Friends are welcome to visit as long as it’s not constant or late at night, since we keep an early schedule. Occasional guests are fine, but a partner staying over regularly won’t be a good fit. I also have a very friendly five-year-old Golden Retriever, and I’m open to discussing another dog for the right tenant(s).

The house is about a mile from the Jeremy Ranch Park & Ride bus stop, though having your own transportation is definitely more convenient. Rent is $750 per month and includes utilities, TV, and high-speed internet. The room is available now. Move in includes first month’s rent plus an $750 security deposit. I’m looking for someone interested in a longer-term stay but may consider a shorter term — my last tenants were here for over three years.
