Crib is in good shape but does have some teething marks, as shown in the pictures. (We ended up using a reversible fabric rail cover that is included with crib purchase.) The mattress is in good shape and is also included. The crib is convertible to a toddler bed, day bed, or twin full sized bed with separate conversion kits (not included).
