I used to work for the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Wild Animal Park. I build these custom aviaries, mostly out of one by 1 inch aluminum tubing, vinyl connectors, and wire. I also use a lot of Twin wall polycarbonate typically used for greenhouses and aluminum covered polyurethane sheeting. I can make them any size in any shape and typically build them in my garage in sections and panels and then assemble them at your place.
