Stain resistant, excellent condition couch. No sagging or tears and is very comfortable. The only reason we are getting rid of it is because we got an amazing deal on a leather couch and couldn't pass it up.

Dimensions are: 7' (84") long, 3' (36") deep, and seat height is 1.5' (18").
