Great trailer in good condition. It’s 40 feet long and weighs 16.5 thousand pounds. Has 6 hydraulic self leveling jacks, hydraulic slide outs and tons of outside storage. Two 80 gal grey water tanks and a 110 gallon fresh tank. Two seven gallon propane tanks. Tires are out of date, they have good tread left and no cracks. Two AC units on the roof. Solar panel on the roof with a 110 inverter to run the fridge and Tv without generator. The batteries are getting a little weak and may need to be replaced. I believe they’re original to the trailer. Inside, full size fridge, large double sided sink, stove/oven, electric fire place all work great. The two electric recliners are rather worn but comfortable, and the 4 person couch folds out into king size bed. Upstairs there is a large shower with a shower seat. I’m 6’4” and have plenty of head room in the shower and through the entire trailer. We also upgraded the toilet to the full size porcelain dometic 300 with detachable hand sprayer. Lots of storage and counter space in bathroom. In the master, king size bed, tons of closet space and a locking 1’x1’ safe. Trailer has two flat screen TV’s and sound system throughout. This fifth wheel currently blue books for 36k, I am asking $25,000 firm due to needing tires, batteries and my slight hurry to get rid of it.
