2005 All American sport toy hauler. We have loved this trailer and have taken it many places. It has a 10' garage on the back. The trailer is 40' long and has 2 slides creating a lot of space. The trailer is heavy but our 2500 ram pulled it just fine. Dry weight is 11550 and GVWR is 16,700. Fresh water has 2 - 45 gallon tanks. The hitch is an upgraded model with an air bad and shock that helps reduce the shock into the truck. It has also been converted to gooseneck. The trailer tires are 1 year old G rated tires. The axles themselves have been replaced by the prior owner and trailer brakes work great. I installed a 200ah lithium battery and a large inverter. Its plenty to run my coffee pot multiple days without external power. The landing gears have also been upgraded to independent electric motors that make leveling out the trailer so easy. Tons of space in the outside cabinets. The couch in the living room is a pull out, I also just installed a new queen mattress in the master. A/c unit, heater, stove all works good, has an upgraded water pump in it for additional pressure. The roof has been resealed so its water tight. I also have all of the covers for the outside windows, A washer dryer combo, A new spare tire and rim, 2 propane tanks - full, and a window a/c unit I will include with the trailer. The trailer is older and does need a little work though. The fridge is erratic, freezer works every time though. The awning is gone. Wall paper is peeling and general cosmetic issues.
