What’s Included in Base Pricing • Sliding glass doors with handles • Top holes with mesh for heat/UVB lamps • Flooring • Sealed bottom and corners (caulked and water proofing tape) • Wood panel siding • 2x4 framed structure Changes and upgrades can be made if requested.
Custom Enclosure Pricing (40 Gallon & Up) 40 Gallon Breeder (36” x 18” x 18”) Starting at $220 75 Gallon (48” x 18” x 21”) Starting at $280 120 Gallon (4 ft x 2 ft x 2 ft) Starting at $300 5 ft Enclosure (60” x 24” x 24”) Starting at $500 6 ft Enclosure (72” x 24” x 24”) Starting at $700 ️ Taller / arboreal enclosures for climbing species are special order only. Pricing varies and will be discussed individually.
Deposit Policy • $80 non-refundable deposit for 120 gallons and under • $100 non-refundable deposit for 5 ft enclosures and larger • Deposit goes toward total price • Required to secure materials and build time
Build Time • These builds are side projects, not my main income • Typical build time: 5 days to 4 weeks, depending on size and features • Rush orders can be discussed in advance
Optional Add-Ons (Any Size) • Custom door upgrades: $60+ • Custom foam/rock background: $100–$500 • Built-in hides / shelves / ledges / sticks: $10–$200 • Extra ventilation or fan installs: $50–$100 • LED / heat / UVB lighting install (customer supplies lighting): $25 • Additional sealing beyond standard caulk: $30 • Painting or staining: $150
Pickup & Transport • Located in West Jordan • Delivery available within 15 miles for enclosures 120 gallons or smaller only • Enclosures larger than 120 gallons must be picked up
