This is a very nice and very well built wooden desk. I believe the wood is mahogany. There is a nice world map on it, and there is a glass cover, which in this photo is the vertical object propped up on the desk and protected by covers.

I formerly had this in my office. I would love to keep it, but I don't have room at my house.

Wouldn't this make a great after-Christmas gift?
