Includes pair of LD Systems Icoa 12 A BT powered Bluetooth tops as well as a pair of LD Systems Icoa Sub 15 A powered subwoofers. The subs feature locking wheels for easy transport. Both bass subs and 2-way tops are sold with genuine official LD Systems matched covers. Again these are in like new condition with no dents, scratches, or chips. Drivers are tight, clean, and perfect condition. LD Systems is known widely in the DJ community for their Maui series and Icoa is the company's journey into offering affordable robust and durable sound. The Icoa 12 A BT are a coaxial design, a brilliant technology in 2-way speaker composition. This advanced tech ensures the sound waves arrive to the listener simultaneously as the are overlaid within one another. Honestly this is something that unless you have a trained ear or can A/B these next to traditional non-coaxial loudspeakers, but once you hear the difference you can't unhear it and wonder why speakers would be designed any other way. The tops are pretty well balanced when playing with the DSP, at default these lean towards a DJ optimized sound profile, a smile of enhanced bass and bright highs. For those seeking a more natural sound it can be achieved easily with the built-in EQ. Bluetooth expands their functionality and other DSP features allow for pairing with Subs. These speakers punch above their price point and easily trade punches with the widely adopted QSC K12. As for the Icoa Sub 15 A subwoofers, they are fine, they perform like a 15, best suited for rock, pop, and other faster tighter bass lines. They can and do dip down and will rattle the walls but in true to form 15" ways. The complete set together is a modern powerful mobile DJ kit that would meet most private and commercial event demands and serve most crowds up to 500. Because this equipment is like new in the original packaging and includes the wheels and covers I will not be accepting offers at this time. The retail price would be well over $3200 so my current asking price is a fair value for what you are getting.
