HE Washer/Dryer on site. No fee's, just use HE liquid soap.
Bedroom is 15x9 foot, share a bathroom downstairs with 1 roommate. Kitchen upstairs shared between the 4 of us.
3 minutes from WSU if you're a student. On street parking, and it's a side street with little traffic.
