If you want to take your meditation to the next level, THIS IS IT. To be honest it it took about 4 months but yeah, it’s awesome. How it works is it calibrates, then you meditate and you are like listening to a forest theme, and it’s storming until you quiet your mind, then the storm stops, you get better, the wind stops, you get deeper, the birds start chirping, then you think “ALL RIGHT! I got the birds” then the storm comes back because you started thinking instead of clearing the mind. Eventually, at least for me, you sort of start to physiologically feel what that calm feels like and learn how to tap into it. Once you’ve learned that you are good to go and then you can keep this or help all your friends get there.
Comes with the Muse and the Case. The app is free.

-Available for pickup at my house (dishonest sellers insist meeting only in parking lots) any normal time near where Bangerter and Redwood Road cross in Riverton/Bluffdale. If it's not as I described it, bring it right on back, as you'll know where I live. Or can meet somewhere nearby if that makes you feel more comfortable. I do travel around up to Farmington.
