VenmoMy mother fed her family of six on canned fruit and vegetables that she processed with this pressure cooker. I fondly remember the steam train sound of the jiggler on top as it released pressure… I not so fondly remember kitchen duty of shucking and shaving corn, blanching and peeling peaches, or picking apples at my uncles apple farm. But home canned peaches are still my absolute favorite canned fruit of all.
She no longer bottles and I use a different method so…. Sorry mom, time to move it on.
Don’t know what it’s worth so make an offer. Unfortunately, my mother never was able to fully remove the label that was originally applied from the factory so some remnants of that remain. I didn’t get a picture but if you would like one just give me a holler.
Everything is there, the rubber gasket still feels pliable and should work as it should.
The 22 quart one was the big one and I think it can hold 7 quart jars or 14 pint jars? Not really sure…
Text is best; cash is preferred but can do Venmo through my wife’s account.
Thanks for looking!
