Selling this old Pitco Frialator commercial deep fryer. I bought it from a restaurant auction for a kitchen I’m opening but I needed a propane fryer and this is a natural gas one. I deep cleaned the bucket because it was criminal how dirty they left this poor fryer. It’s missing its front door but runs like a Swiss clock. It was tested and proven to work great. She might not be much to look at but this fryer will outlive all of us. Asking what I paid for it. No baskets included.
