This tiny house was built by the Tumbleweed company in 2022. It is 30 ft x 8 ft and includes two lofts for a total of 393 sq ft. We have lived in this tiny house for three years with two children comfortably. It does well in weather down to single digits and up to temperatures at 100 degrees. It includes a 30 gallon water heater, bathtub and all appliances are included- Washer/Dryer Combo, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and induction stovetop. It is currently on wheels and will be easy to transport. It is also RV certified.
