4 season 5th wheel ,all solid wood cabinets ,four slide outs, has washer and dryer, fireplace, sound around stereo system, large double door refrigerator , large shower ,cedar closet , TV'S in living room and in bedroom with VCRs ,plenty of storage underneath and in the trailer ,well taken care of in great shape. No leaks in the ceiling, everything works great. Lived in it for 2 years while our house was being built. Now it's time to let it go. It does have a rebuilt title. But the repair were done buy the Dealer it was a minor fix. Try to buy one of these same units at the dealership they are super expensive, get a great fifth wheel for fraction of the cost of new,
