• Master Suite: Front bedroom featuring a king bed slide-out, dresser, wardrobe, and desk/storage area. Under bed storage included. This also has a matress topper/cover on it that can be removed if unwanted. Normally does not come with new fifth wheels.

• Full Bathroom: Spacious layout with a shower that includes built-in seating and a linen closet. Mirror does open for more storage. Even a little fan in the ceiling to keep the air clean....

• Conveniences: Includes washer/dryer prep, electric awning with LED lighting, 6-point electric auto-leveling system, and Coachmen's Weather Shield+ insulation package for four-season camping capability.

This fifth wheel is awesome for remote workers because it has a desk area next to the laundry space. Living in the fifth wheel is totally possible with the laundry area as well as the THREE ac units.

This was purchased with the idea of living in it full time on a single income. Being lazy I never actually got to use it so now I am selling the fifth wheel to have it go to a new home and focus on taking care of my parents.

I can also include a great hitch that is pictured at the end. There is tons of storage under the fifth wheel that has some gear from the rv store which will also be included.

DELIVERY: if this trailer needs to be delivered this can be planned once the purchase is made. We do have a truck to deliver the trailer but within certain distances.
