Condition: This oven was previously used in our Airbnb and was recently replaced due to a reported heating issue. The top (broil) heating element was functioning, but guests reported the bottom bake element was not heating properly.

Based on symptoms, it may be a loose or failed bottom heating element, but I did not have time to troubleshoot or repair before replacing the unit the same day.\
