I have a private unfurnished room with a private bath available in beautiful Daybreak. Single family residence (3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath) The bedrooms are upstairs.The room has plenty of natural light. The room offers a private bath with a tub/shower.

I am very respectful and quiet. A good part of my time is spent in my bedroom, which is also my office.

I have a very friendly goldendoodle, who loves EVERYBODY! I am open to a well-trained pooch who won't quarrel with my dog. Sorry, no cats.

There is no garage space available. However, there is plenty of neighborhood parking open.
