ApplePayA few superficial scuffs here and there but other than that, good as new. There are 2 of 8 nuts missing to attach the bike to the rocker. This doesn’t prevent the bike from being securely attached. Something I suspect you can get at a hardware store if you are concerned. Rocker base, owners manual, and tools included. Good for ages 1-4. Retails for $350 for bike and rocker base.
