Hi Everyone! We are seeking a forever home for one of our rescue dogs, a lovely senior German Shepherd, Ruby. She has been in foster in Logan, but due to a recent health diagnosis, the foster needs to downsize and cannot keep her.

Ruby was rescued from euthanasia to live out her remaining years in a peaceful, loving home instead of dying in a scary, stressful shelter just for being a senior. Once we saw her at the shelter, we knew we couldn't leave without her, as her time was up.

Ruby has a lovely personality, gets along well with other chill dogs (preferably males), is potty trained, loves toys, and loves walks. In winter, her favorite place is in front of the fire. She's got plenty of years left, but she's not trying to run a marathon, so her exercise needs are pretty minimal. She also has an adorable floppy ear that won't stand up - It was like that at the shelter, so we aren't sure what happened.

Ruby is:

• Healthy and current on all vaccines
• 8-10 years old
• Potty trained (knows potty bells!)
• Leash trained but needs a little work
• Kennel trained
• SUPER sweet and relaxed
• Good with other dogs, but better with males than pushy females, single dog home ideal but not required.
• No information on how she is with cats, but her prey drive seemed quite manageable when she was with us.
• $50 adoption fee - we just want her to be in a relaxed home environment with good humans who will love her until the end. ️
