I took off work at the beginning of last year for an emergency heart surgery, and subsequently, to receive custody of my 5 year old granddaughter, as her Guardian and sole caregiver, further posptoning a return to work. This court placement, to date, has been funded entirely by my now depleted savings account, as I have been repeatedly denied assistance by the state. Paying to store this beautiful furniture is no longer an option. Therefore...

MUST SELL the contents from my cousin's South Temple Historic District home. The furnishings were purchased not long before she, sadly, was diagnosed with ALS. She asked for my help in transitioning her to a full-time care facility and to move her cherished belongings into storage, where they have remained.

Upon her passing, the estate stopped paying the storage and her heirs, whom all live out of state, left me the contents of the storage "to do with as I please" as long as I either vacated by the end of the month, or removed my cousin's name from the account.

Given the circumstances, everything is virtually in new, unused condition. Many of the items still have the original tags.
