No cracks, warping, or structural issues. Very heavy, extremely sturdy, and beautifully grained. Comparable tops this size retail for $1800 - $2500.
There are two small scratches and a minor flaw in the finish on one end- purely cosmetic and easily fixable, shown in last couple of photos. These flaws are already reflected in the price for this rare piece. This was only used in a model home.
