This is a mobile food trailer that has been upgraded with a pair of electric ovens, a refrigerator, and other smaller amenities to allow for commercial food preparation and production.

The exterior trailer box dimensions are 8'3" wide by 12'4" long by 7'6" tall. It stands at 8'8" tall including wheel clearance, and is 17'2" long including the hitch.

It includes an A/C unit for heating and cooling to keep you comfortable year-round. It also includes a water heater with separated hand-washing and 3-basin dish washing stations. This allows it to operate as a stand-alone commercial kitchen or food trailer without needing to be tied to a commissary.

It includes a pair of electric ovens that have an approximate interior space of 18.5" wide by 14" deep by 12.5" tall, each, and an 11.1cu/ft commercial refrigerator.

It also comes with a commercial food processor and several other utinsels and supplies.

Since it is fully electric operated, no fire suppression hood is required. It has passed health and fire safety inspections in both Salt Lake county(2023) as well as Sanpete county(2025) and is ready to get to work for you.

We operated this trailer with two 5000 watt inverter generators (one for the ovens, one for everything else) These are available for an additional $900 each, if desired.
