I’m selling my Spring/Summer contract for a private room at Carriage Cove! I am in Bedroom 3 as shown in the apartment layout image. Rent is $515/month, which includes internet and water. Utilities are around $20/month (gas and electric). The complex has a shuttle that goes directly to BYU Campus, and there’s a public bus stop across the street with service to UVU, making it a great off-campus location. The apartment has four private bedrooms, each tenant has their own private vanity area and shares a bathroom with one roommate. The apartment is fully furnished, including a bed, dresser, desk, and chair in the bedroom, plus furnished living room and kitchen. There is also a second fridge and plenty of storage space. Amenities include a volleyball court, basketball court, private study rooms, fitness center, game room, and a pool/hot tub. My lease ends in August, with the option to renew.
